Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Products are shipped regularly within a maximum of 72 hours after your order is placed.

Order tracking: Your tracking number will be sent to you by email. You will find the direct link in our shipping confirmation emails. Please note that tracking information may take approximately 4 days to appear.

Delivery times:

• France and Europe: 5 to 8 working days.
• United Kingdom: 5 to 8 working days.
• Rest of the world: 10 to 15 working days.

Ordering process: After placing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email, then a second email informing you of the shipment of your package.

Tracking and delivery: We advise you to regularly check the tracking of your package. Sometimes your order may be held at the post office without a delivery notice being left in your mailbox.

Important to know: The post office will hold your package for 15 days . After this period, it will be returned to the sender. In this case, you may be asked to pay a fee to have your order reshipped.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, every consumer benefits from a period of 14 days , allowing them to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons, or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the order number to be accepted.

At Fusional , we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return the item for a refund or exchange.
